Returns Policy



Due to health regulations and the intimate nature of our product we will only exchange or refund goods that are unopened or defective provided they are returned in their original condition within 30 days.

If your order is out of stock, we will advise you by email with an expected delivery date.

We welcome any feedback about our product and service and will respond to emails within 3 working days. We strive to resolve any complaints within 5 working days.
